The N.I.C.E. Team invites you and your family to our
School-based Wellness Session #1.
Join us on Saturday, Sept. 9 from 10- 11:30 a.m. to kick off our first School-based Wellness Session of the semester! You can visit any of the schools listed below where activities are being held:
- Pottery healing – PCA High School (5390 South Mendenhall Mall)
- Meditative art and painting – PCA Middle Hickory Hill (5449 Winchester Road)
- NEW: Zumba for beginners – PCA Elementary Hickory Hill (3540 South Mendenhall Road)
- Tai Chi – PCA Southeast (8146 East Shelby Drive)
Bring your family for your favorite activity. The event is free and open to all ages, but we encourage you to pre-register at the link below.
This family session is part of an ongoing series presented by Gestalt’s Network Inclusion, Culture and Equity (N.I.C.E.) Team, which has been tasked with codifying our current body of SEL work and planning authentic experiences that allow scholars, families and teachers to practice those skills through a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) lens.
